These Italians...they have so much to learn about cooking!!! Keep hunting for the juice I say... Also, according to the source of all useful information ( ie Hello) you are arriving in Firenze the day after the dreadful Kimye wedding, which is happening at Fort Belvedere - in the Boboli Gardens which you are bound to visit...so keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful people and their huge limos ( no idea how they'll get thru the streets in Firenze but I doubt the women will be able to walk on the cobbles!). I hope they are paying bucket loads for the privilege of wrecking the peace and quiet of such a great spot! Harrumph!
